We offer refunds only in cases where an order is not delivered.
If your order is not delivered within 30 days from the date of purchase, you are eligible to request a full refund.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, please contact us at sales@blackhorsehoney.com.my and provide:
Your order number
Proof of payment
We will verify the delivery status with the carrier.
Refund approval
If the order is confirmed as not delivered, the refund will be approved.
If the order is marked as delivered by the carrier, the order is not eligible for a refund.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Returns
We do not accept returns, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.
Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 7 days of delivery.
