Refund and Returns Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us at sales@blackhorsehoney.com.my. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refunds for Non-Delivery

If your order is not delivered within 30 days from the date of purchase, you are eligible to request a full refund. To request a refund, please contact us with your order number and proof of payment. We will verify the status with the carrier; confirmed non-deliveries will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

We pride ourselves on quality. We accept refund or replacement requests if an item arrives damaged or defective. To comply with global consumer standards, claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with supporting evidence (such as photos).

Returns Process

Due to the nature of our food products (honey), we do not accept returns for “change of mind” or opened products. However, for authorized returns of damaged or defective goods:

  • Return Method: All returns must be sent by mail.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.
